Accounts have only one user per company or commercial establishment. By linking your account to the site, information will be shared for the main account and activity on the Ajmal Zafaf.

Q How can I create an account for companies or institutions ?

To set up your account:

– Go to the top of the home page

– Click on Are You A Vendor

– Fill out the form for your activity and then create an account

– A message comes from the site on your e-mail to activate the page

– After successful activation, you can go to the top of the home page to log in

– Your page and control panel will open

– Go to “My Profile” to complete your personal information and your contact information

– Go to the “Packages” section to choose the type of service provided, then choose the type of package to be activated

– Go to the “Add Listing” section, then choose your activity to list your data

– Now your activity is presented in the AjmalZafaf

Q How can I delete the account for companies or institutions or a couple's account ?

To delete Your Account, please use the steps below:

– Log in to your Ajmal Zafaf account

– Hover over your name at the top, corner of the page

– Click the drop-down arrow

– Click the ‘Delete Account’ link at the bottom of the page

– Confirm password and click the ‘Delete Account’ button to complete this process

Important: Deactivating your account will remove all access to the account in addition to deleting all data that you may have created on the Ajmal Zafaf site.

Q How to Reset Password within Account for companies or institutions? ?

To change your password:

– Login to your Ajmal Zafaf account

– Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section

– At the top, Corner of the page there is “Change Password”

– Enter the old and new password with confirmation

– Click the ‘Change password’ button to save

– You can log in now with the new password

Q How to set up a password in case you forget it for companies or institutions or a couple's account ?

To set up forgetting your password:

– Go to login

– At the bottom of the page, click on “Forgot Password”

– To Reset Password, enter your email address or username

– You will receive a link to create a new password via email

– To reset your password, Follow the link and enter the new password

– When the password is reset, You can Sign in using your new password

There are three ways to contact the vendors:

– First: by calling or communicating with one of the addresses on the vendor’s page

– Second: By filling out a form to send an inquiry to the seller and the response from them will be according to your choice, either by Email, Need call back
