Q What is Ajmal Zafaf mechanism for companies and institutions ?

Accounts have only one user per company or business. By linking your account to the site, the information for the main account and its activity will be shared on Ajmal Zafaf.

Q How can I create an account for companies or institutions ?

To set up your account:

– Go to the top of the main page.

– Click on Are you a seller

– Fill out the form for your activity, then create an account.

– Then your page and control panel will open.

– Go to the “My Profile” section to complete your personal and contact information.

– Go to the “Packages” section to choose the type of service provided, then choose the type of package you want to activate.

– Go to the “Add List” section, then choose your activity to list your data.

– Now your activity is shown in Ajmal Zafaf.

Q How can I delete the account for companies or institutions or the account of spouses ?

To delete your account, please follow the steps below:

– Log in to your Ajmal Zafaf account.

– Move the mouse over your name in the upper corner of the page.

– Click the dropdown arrow.

– Go to the “My Profile” section.

– Click on the “Delete Account” link at the bottom of the page.


Q How to reset the password within the account for companies or institutions ?

To change your password:

– Log in to your Ajmal Zafaf account.

– Go to the “My Profile” section.

– At the page there is “Change Password”.

– Enter the old and new passwords with confirmation.

– Click the “Change Password” button to save.

– You can now log in with your new password.

Q How to communicate with the seller through Ajmal Zafaf ?

There are three ways to contact sellers:

– First: by calling or communicating with one of the addresses on the seller’s page

– Second: by filling out a form to send an inquiry to the seller and the response from them will be according to your choice, either by e-mail or you need to call you back.

– Third: through private messages contact the website’s mailbox for Ajmal Zafaf.

– You will receive a link to create a new password via email

Q How can I create a special account for couples and how to benefit from the services provided ?

To set up your account:

– Go to the top of the home page.

– Click Join Now.

– Fill out the couple’s registration form, then create an account.

– Your page and control panel will open.

– Go to the “Couple’s Profile” section to complete your personal and contact information.

– You can go to the “To-Do List” section to enjoy arranging your tasks, we at Ajmal Zafaf will schedule them automatically from the time of your registration to your wedding day, with the ability to add, edit or delete according to the tasks you want.

– Go to the “Couple Profile” section.

– At the page there is “Change Password”.

– The “My Budget” section is to list everything you need to do to arrange the costs of your wedding.

– The “Wishlist” section is all that has been saved from the suppliers’ pages, for easy reference to them through this list Activate the “Wishlist” by clicking on the heart icon when browsing suppliers.

– “Guest List” section in this list you can include an email for each guest whom you want to send an invitation card or thank you card through your Ajmal Zafaf account
