Tenth: Parties Obligations:

(1) The Client understands and accepts that the Platform controls only the data that it collects or that the Client submits to us, and that we have no control over any data that the Client transmits to the Service Providers. As a result, the Client shall not disclose to the Service Providers any personal data that is not required to offer the Services, and any data submitted directly to the Service Providers is solely the Client’s responsibility, with no legal or shared obligation on the part of the Platform.

(2) The service providers are obligated to keep all client data they collect, whether from us or the consumers themselves, and the service provider acknowledges not to use this data in any sales, communication, direct or indirect marketing, or data exploitation of any kind without the consent of the customer who has the data, and if the service provider breaches these obligations, he will bear all responsibilities, claims, and compensation without any liability on our part.

(3) The parties to this Agreement undertake to keep their data confidential and private, and they acknowledge and hold themselves personally responsible for disclosing any of their data to the other party’s data at their own risk, with no interference from us and no liability on our part.

(4) The Parties undertake to keep the Platform’s Confidentiality, and each of them will be held liable to us for any breach of the Platform and its activities’ Confidentiality.

(5) Clients shall not disclose any data relating to the Platform’s operation to third parties, whether for a fee or for free.

(6) Clients committed to keeping all data associated with transaction information on the Platform confidential and not to use it in any way, and they will be held liable for any illegal or unauthorized use of such data.

(7) You undertake not to use any means that may aid in the collection of data about other users, such as email, mobile phone numbers, or other means of communication.

Eleventh: Law Enforcement

We may disclose the user’s IP address and all data registered on the registration forms or provided to us by the user at any time to execute any legal requests, as well as all activities and transactions carried out by the user through the platform, as determined by the request, decision, or judicial decision issued to us.

(2) In the event that there is an inconsistency between the Arabic and the foreign text of the offers, the Arabic text shall be taken as the original.
